We are bringing back our most popular white wine recipe, the Grand Cru Pinot Grigio, and reintroducing this new world style Pinot Grigio into the Cru International lineup as the Ontario Pinot Grigio Style. The product recipe was replicated to ensure a profile match, and tasted against the Grand Cru Pinot Grigio as a benchmark. This is a dry wine with overtones of green melon leading to a crisp, clean finish. A bouquet of honey and herbs combined with aromas of clove, nutmeg and butterscotch from the addition of oak, completes the experience of this perennially favourite white.
