Here is what you can expect when winemaking with Grape Expectations:
In
accordance with regulations of the A.G.C.O. we require your name,
address, phone number and payment at time of ordering your wine
- All wine is made with filtered water
- Price includes: wine kit, labels, corks, shrink tops and HST
- Regular wines make 30-750ml bottles
- Specialty wine make 30-375 ml bottles

Q: WHEN CAN YOU DRINK THE WINE?
A:
You can taste it when you bottle the wine, but you will prefer 4-week
wines in 2 to 4 weeks, and 6-week wines in 2 to 6 months after bottling
Q: HOW DO I STORE THE WINE?
A: Freshly bottled wine should be left standing for one week, and then laid down on its side to wet the cork for storage.
Q: WHERE DO I STORE THE WINE?
A: In a dark cool place with a fairly constant temperature. A basement is ideal.
Q: ARE ALL WINE KITS THE SAME IN WINE ON PREMISE STORES?
A:
Definitely not! There are many grades of wine kits, with premium kits
creating superior wines. Also the wine kit manufacturers Grape
Expectations has chosen produce many award winning wines.
Q: HOW DO I CLEAN MY BOTTLES?
A:
Rinse them as soon as possible after you finish the wine, they should
be rinsed 2 to 3 times with hot water, then stored upside down. (Do not
use soap). Our labels are easily soaked off in warm water.
